Social Enterprise

Enchanted Hills Napa is one of seven social enterprises at LightHouse. Enchanted Hills will offer year-round retreat space for the LightHouse programs, retreat groups, and provide a place for independent life skill training, as well as professional employment training for people who are blind or low vision.

At Enchanted Hills we will build a fully self-sustaining operation. Our kitchen, housekeeping, activities, and guest host departments will be staffed by skilled individuals on a year-round basis, providing our program staff the opportunity to maximize their use of our amazing camp property while focusing on their students – not operations.

Our blindness programming will always have priority over retreat groups and having year-round staff available means our students can spend more time at camp than ever before.
